What did Octopus do for Complete Background Screening?

Complete Background Screening act as an Umbrella Body to the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and provide a unique one stop shop for background screening. Services offered include CRB checks, credit checks, identity checks and employment referencing.

E-commerce web design.

With orders predominantly being taken online CBS required an e-commerce website that would process payments automatically and inform staff via e-mail of new orders placed. Octopus worked closely with Complete Background Screening staff to integrate their web design into a Protx payment facility.

Content Management System.

Staff at Complete Background Screening required a comprehensive Content Management System to update relevant sections of the website. Octopus Creative provided a system that allowed CBS staff to edit page content, automatically add or remove pages and upload pdf documents.

W3C compliancy.

The CBScreening website is a W3C standards compliant web design.
